I am the director of the Miss Ga Southern Belle Pageant which will be held at the Colquitt County Art Center in Moultrie, Georgia on August 25, 2012.   On behalf of the contestants, I am soliciting your assistance for this year’s pageant.  The success of this event depends solely on the support of local businesses such as yours, and that success is a direct reflection of the generosity of the community of Moultrie, Georgia.  All ads are tax deductible since this would be a business advertising expense.

The winners of the Miss Ga Southern Belle Pageant will appear at numerous grand openings and city and charity functions.  Much of their time is spent in community service. 

Please review the sponsor form to determine how you would like your ad placed.  Camera-ready or digital artwork is required.  Checks should be made payable to Miss Ga Southern Belle Pageant.  A receipt with the pageant letterhead will be given. 

The deadline for the ads is August 10, 2012 so that tshirts can be printed.

Program Books will sell the day of pageant for $5.00.

Each contestant receives a free pageant t-shirt.

As a sponsor, what your money or donated gift items will get you:

$200.00:        Full page in program book, advertisement on back of t-shirt and sponsorship on tickets

$100.00:        Full page in program book;

$50.00:          1/2 page in program book;

$30.00:          1/3 page in program book;

$20.00:          Business Card in program book.

If your sponsorship is $200.00 (money or items) or more, your advertisement will be placed on the back of our pageant t-shirt.  Please email or mail picture, artwork, logo and/or business card ASAP so that the print company will have time to finish shirts.

Gift Baskets will be given to the winners in each age division.  We would gladly accept a gift certificate or a gift item from your business instead of a cash donation.
